Atlanta Junior Chamber OrchestraThe Atlanta Junior Chamber Orchestra , under the leadership of Georgia Ekonomou, is composed of the top 6th-9th grade musicians in the Atlanta area. Now in its 14th season, the orchestra has received recognition for its musical excellence, and provides an exciting opportunity for young musicians. Students benefit from weekly rehearsals, which include sectionals with professional musicians in the Atlanta area. The orchestra performs with the Emory Youth Symphony Orchestra at the Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts, Emory University.
